Rebecca Wagner worked as internal supervisor in the headquarters of the foundation in Berlin. She has started to work as EU Liaison Manager at the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung European Union office in Brussels in June 2015. She was responsible for the worldwide supervision of EU projects at the Heinrich Böll Stiftung e.V. and also was treasurer of the European Network of Political Foundations (ENoP). Previously, she has worked at the European Parliament, the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Kingston, Jamaica, and the German Federal Youth Council in Germany. 

Rebecca holds a Masters Degree (MSc) in Public Administration and European Governance from Leiden University, the Netherlands, and a Bachelors Degree (B.A.) in Political and Administrative Sciences from the University of Konstanz, Germany. Furthermore, she spent her Erasmus year at Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey.
