Theocharis Tsoutsos is Professor at the School of Environmental Engineering, Technical University of Crete, and Founder and Head, Renewable and Sustainable Energy Lab (ReSEL) (2005-). He was Director of the Graduate Programme "Environmental Engineering" (2014-2017) and Head of the Development Deptartment at the Centre for Renewable Energy Sources & Energy Saving - CRES (1992- 2005). He authored 400+ scientific publications in international journals and conference proceedings, has coordinated 40+ projects on Sustainable Energy and Mobility and participated in 100+ in total.
