Min Joung Park is a Programme Manager of Foreign and Security Policy at Heinrich Böll Stiftung Regional Office East Asia/Global Dialogue. She served as a policy specialist for development cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Korea, and as a programme manager of the ASEAN-ROK Programme Management Team (AKPMT) at the ASEAN Secretariat. As a consultant, she has advised the Office for Government Policy Coordination at the Prime Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, etc.  She holds a PhD from Ewha Womans University based on a doctoral dissertation on middle powers' engagement with ASEAN.
