Marilene de Paula is the Programme Coordinator at the Heinrich Böll Foundation – Rio de Janeiro Office. She has an M.A. in Social Projects and Cultural Goods from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a degree in History from the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ).
