A journalist with a master's degree in Social Policy from the London School of Economics, she is the communications coordinator for the Heinrich Böll Foundation in Brazil and is responsible for managing the institution's technopolitical projects. Manoela graduated in journalism from PUC-Rio, has a postgraduate degree in organisational communication from ESPM and, among her professional experiences, was part of the team at Instituto C&A and KOINONIA Presença Ecumênica e Serviço.
