José Renato Laranjeira de Pereira is a co-founder of the Laboratory of Public Policy and Internet - LAPIN and a PhD Researcher at the University of Bonn. He is also a German Chancellor Fellow alumnus, a Full Member of Brazil’s Central Committee on Data Governance and an advisor to the Brazilian AI Strategy.
