Iryna Holovko has over ten years of experience as an NGO campaigner in energy policy and EU-Ukraine cooperation in the energy and environmental sectors, specializing in policy analysis, advocacy, and project management. Co-founded one of the leading policy-oriented environmental NGOs in Ukraine, the Ecoaction, and led its work on energy transition for three years. Completed master's degree in public policy from Hertie School with a focus on climate and energy.
