Ignazio Marino is one of the four Italian Members of the European Parliament. He joint the Greens/EFA Group in 2024. From 2006 to 2013, he held a seat in the Italian Senate until his election as mayor of Rome. Before, he worked as a transplant surgeon and won several international medical awards.
