Gloria Lillo Ortega is Head of the Socio-ecological Transition Programme at the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Southern Cone office in Santiago de Chile. She has been involved with public policies in academia, government agencies and civil society for more than 10 years, contributing to different studies and publications that address climate action, water governance and energy transition in Latin America.
