Dr. Anna Lührmann
Minister of State for Europe and Climate, German Federal Government

Dr. Anna Lührmann is Minister of State for Europe and Climate in Germany's Federal Foreign Office and a member of the German Bundestag (Bündnis 90/Die Grünen). From 2018 to 2021 she was Assistant Professor at the University of Gothenburg and from 2018 to 2020 deputy director of the Institute Varieties of Democracy (V-Dem). In 2002 she was elected the youngest member of the Bundestag and remained there until 2009. She was i.a. a member of the European and Budget Committees for Bündnis 90/Die Grünen.
