Diana Guarnizo Peralta holds a PhD in Law and an LL.M in International Human Rights Law from University of Essex. She is also a qualified lawyer from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and a specialist in Constitutional Law and Women´s rights. She currently directs the area of Economic Justice at Dejusticia. She has researched and published on topics related to women´s rights, the rights to health, the rights to food, human rights of socially excluded persons and business and human rights.
