Anthony D Rosborough is an Assistant Professor of Law and Computer Science at Dalhousie University (Canada). He obtained his LLM from the University of Glasgow and PhD from the European University Institute (Italy).
Anthony teaches and writes at the intersection of ubiquitous computing, intellectual property law, regulatory theory, and science and technology policy. His research is focused on the Right to Repair movement and open innovation. As a frequent commentator on Right to Repair and related industrial policies, Anthony has provided expert testimony and advice to Canada’s Standing Committee on Industry and Technology, the European Parliament, the European Commission, the United States Librarian of Congress, and the Australian Productivity Commission.
He has appeared on numerous radio and television programs around the world in relation to intellectual property, trade, market competition, and Right to Repair issues.
