Alice Billon-Galland is a Research Fellow in the Europe programme at the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) in London. A NATO 2030 Young Leader, Alice works on issues relating to European security. Prior to joining Chatham House, she led the European defence programme at the European Leadership Network.
