Xhabir Deralla  is a human rights activist, writer, multimedia artist, and producer and one of the founders of the North Macedonian organisation CIVIL - Center for Freedom (est. 1999) where he is now in charge of numerous projects in the area of human rights and freedoms and the producer of multimedia projects, awareness-raising campaigns, festivals, as well as of documentaries and video-art films.
