Kin Ko is a global citizen who believes in democracy, liberty, openness and diversity; he also believes that technology should serve humanity. He is the founder of LikeCoin, a decentralized publishing system, and #decentralizehk; and a member of Creative Commons. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a major in computer engineering and a minor in sociology, politics and public administration. He is a lecturer on blockchain sociology at Intercommon Education in Hong Kong.
