Bauke Baumann is Senior Programme Officer for the Middle East at the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung, and is working in particular on Israel, Palestine, Jordan and Iran. From 2018 to 2022 he headed the Foundation's Morocco office in Rabat. He has been working for Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung since 2014. Before joining the Foundation, he worked as an expert for the German Federal Foreign Office's Task Force Afghanistan and as project manager for the German development agency GIZ in Jordan.
