The Association of Ethical Shareholders (Dachverband Kritische Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre) is both a shareholders’ association and a non-governmental organisation: Together with 29 member organisations from civil society, they monitor the activities of major German stock corporations. They represent 8,000 retail shareholders.
