Kim van Sparrentak is a Dutch politician serving as a Member of the European Parliament. In the ninth legislative term, she was a amember of the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection (IMCO) and the Delegation for relations with Australia and New Zealand (DANZ).

She co-wrote legislation that limited the influence of major tech companies and that granted municipalities greater discretion in regulating which properties can be rented out for short-term homestays through platforms such as Airbnb.
