Korinna Horta, Ph.D., is a researcher, writer and advisor. She works with non-governmental organizations and policymakers around the world to promote socially equitable and environmentally sustainable development.
Ms. Horta is a Yale University Stimson Fellow, a former member of the board of Greenpeace Germany and has been a guest lecturer at several U.S. and European universities.
She has lived in South-East Asia for three years and completed her Ph.D. at the School of Oriental and African Studies of the University of London.
She also holds an M.A. from the School of Advanced International Studies of Johns Hopkins University in Washington D.C. and a degree in literature and linguistics from the New University of Lisbon, Portugal.
