Euroscepticism: the root causes and how to address them

During the sessions of the capacity building every participant gave a presentation on a subject of their choice: the root causes, ideologies and strategies of right-wing populist and extremist parties and movements in their respective countries, their similarities and differences; the impact they are having on national and EU politics and ways of addressing and countering this development. The presentations served as basis for debate with actors in the European institutions, NGOs, think tanks, academics as well as activists, journalists, lawyers and politicians from various levels.
