Thiago Guimarães Moraes is the Coordinator of Technology and Research, as well as the Data Protection Officer at the Brazilian Data Protection Authority - ANPD. He holds an LLM in Law & Technology (Tilburg University), an MSc in Information Science (Universidade de Brasília) and Bachelors in Law and Network Engineering (Universidade de Brasilia).  Thiago is also a member of IAPP, with CIPP/E and CIPM.
