Richard G. Whitman is Professor of Politics and International Relations at the Conflict Analysis Research Centre, University of Kent. Professor Whitman is currently a Senior Fellow on the Economic and Research Council’s UK in a Changing Europe initiative. He is a Senior Associate Fellow of the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI).
