Morena Herrera is a feminist activist and human rights defender, member of diverse expressions of the feminist movement in El Salvador and Central America. She has experience in intervention, training and research in local development and public policies for gender equality, citizen security and prevention of violence against women, as well as, training processes to police on gender equity. Besides, she works on the defence of the exercise of sexual and reproductive rights, especially of women criminalized by abortion.
