Mihail Sirkeli is a Moldovan journalist and host of the political talk shows Cost of Freedom and Nokta Live on the Russian language media outlet Nokta. Moreover, he is manager of Nokta Media outlet that is located in the Gagauzia autonomous region and produces media content for the Russian speaking audience from the Republic of Moldova and thus contributing in combating Russian and pro-Russian propaganda. Previously, he worked with OSCE ODIHR as an election observer.
