Maren Preuss has just completed her Bachelor degree in Political Science at Leuphana University Lüneburg and will pursue a Master degree at Sciences Po Paris and FU Berlin in Environmental Policy. The article is based on her work as an intern for the Climate and Energy programme in 2017.
