Mahassen Segni joined the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Tunis office in 2016, where she is Programme Coordinator of the democracy component and gender focal point. She previously worked at the American Institute for Maghrib Studies (AIMS) and at the Centre d'Etudes Maghrebines à Tunis (CEMAT). She holds a Master's degree in International Communication and Applied Languages. She is a dedicated activist working for the promotion and protection of human rights in Tunisia.
