Dr habil. Judit Bayer is Associate Professor of media law and international law at the Budapest Business University, Hungary, and a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Münster at the Institute for Information, Telecommunication and Media Law (ITM). Dr habil. Bayer ́s research interest is in artificial intelligence and human rights, media freedom and pluralism, content regulation in the online environment, and freedom of expression.
