Jessica Commins is currently Junior Lecturer in Law at the College of Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics at the University of Amsterdam and is an incoming PhD Candidate at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She was previously Project Researcher at the Amsterdam Centre for European Studies and Legal Researcher at Sovereign Nature Initiative. She holds a Bachelor of Civil Law with History for University College Dublin and an LLM in Public International Law from the University of Amsterdam. Her research interests lie at the intersection of environmental law and sustainability, human rights and digital governance.
