Héctor Sánchez Margalef holds a BA in Political Science and a MA in International Relations, Security and Development from Autonomous University of Barcelona (2012). He has worked as an intern at the Research Institute for Managing Sustainability (Vienna) and the European Institute of the Mediterranean (Barcelona). Between 2013 and 2014 he did an internship as research assistant at the Barcelona Center for International Affairs (CIDOB) after which he joined CIDOB’s expert team as researcher in his areas of study: Euro-Mediterranean dynamics, European governance and new political movements. He was also part of the team managing The Raval Project. In 2013 Héctor participated in the North-South Capacity Building of the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung European Union and a year later in the blog Young Voices of Europe.
