Dr. Shelly Kamin-Friedman is a specialist in medical law and public health law. Her research focuses on the legal, ethical, and political aspects of strategies for increasing vaccination compliance. Lecturer at Ben-Gurion University and the University of Haifa, and the author of the Right to vaccination and Dealing with vaccine hesitancy policy papers written under the auspices of the Zulat Institute for Equality and Human Rights and Physicians for Human Rights - Israel. Zulat for Equality and Human Rights, is a unique institute that combines research and analysis via social media networks and conventional media, and acts as a bridge between the political arena and civil society. As an activist think tank, it fights back by working to set an alternative agenda, change the public discourse, and advance policy and legislation to uphold democracy and human rights.
