Celia Gautier is EU Climate policy advisor at Climate Action Network France (RAC-F) and responsible for carrying out advocacy, campaigning and expertise work on EU climate and energy policies. Her work includes trying to shape France’s position on EU policy issues such as the EU-ETS, EU mitigation ambitions, international negotiations and the co-ordination between EU policies. She was granted a Masters degree in Political Science with Economics and Finance from the Institute of Political Science – Aix-en-Provence and a Masters degree in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She was previously engaged as Climate and Development Policy Officer at GRET – Professional for Fair Development working on climate negotiations, climate finance, agriculture and food security.
