Benedetta Scuderi is an Italian Member of the European Parliament for Greens/EFA since 2024. In 2019, she joined the Greens and contributed to the foundation of the Young Greens in Italy. Since 2022, she has been Co-Spokesperson for the Young European Greens, an umbrella federation of European green youth affiliated to the European Green Party. The Young European Greens proposed her as the leading candidate of the European elections.

In her professional life, Benedetta has been involved in sustainability consultancy for companies for 6 years, after obtaining a degree in law and two master's degrees - one in sustainability and energy and one in public policies.
