Astou Diouf is a lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences (FSJP) of the Cheik Anta DIOP University in Dakar. She has extensive experience in commercial litigation, cybercrime and cybersecurity. She conducts research on the role of intermediaries and Internet service providers in the fight against Covid-19 in Senegal, in particular on issues such as the facilitation of increased access to the Internet, privacy breaches and personal data, and content regulation.
