Birte Rodenberg has a PhD in sociology and is working as an independent consultant, evaluator, and trainer. During her long-time experience in advocating capacity development, teaching and training for civil society organisations and for development agencies, she has always been focused on women’s human rights topics, gender and ecological sustainability and on their linking. She includes issues of social diversity and intersectionality in her analytical policy advising and in the facilitation of organisational development processes.
