Noor Baalbaki is a programme manager at the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung’s office in Beirut. Prior to this she worked as a project coordinator at the Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy and International Affairs at AUB, and as a Researcher for USAID on a programme designed to strengthen the Lebanese Parliament legislatively. She holds a Master’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies from SOAS, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences with a minor in Arabic from AUB.
