Vladimir Prebilič is a Slovenian politician, historian and defence scholar. He was elected as Member of the European Parliament for The Greens/EFA in 2024. 

Before, he worked for the Social Democrats party and as municipal councillor. Later, he distanced himself from the party and ran as an independent candidate. Since 2010, he has been serving as the mayor of Kočevje Municipality.
