Marketa Gregorová is a member of the Czech Pirate Party and was elected to the European Parliament 2019 where she joined The Greens/EFA. From 2018 to 2020, she served as the President of the European Pirate Party. Marketa's main topics are hybrid threats and the protection of human rights, with a special focus on the Transcaucasian countries and Russia.

In the ninth legislative term, she served as the Vice-Chair of the Delegation to the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly, and was a member of the Committee on International Trade (INTA) as well as of the Special Committee on Foreign Interference in all Democratic Processes in the European Union, including Disinformation.
